We are full service DJ's providing sound services at
your Wedding, outstanding music and schedule management
at your reception. We can teach the Bride and Groom
to dance, or even the whole Wedding party. We can also

We provide turnkey event
planning and execution, or join in as an integral part
of your event or party. Services range from sound, music,
emcee services, schedule management, entertainment, food
service, booking live music, or theatrical entertainment

Learn to Dance |
|
We teach people to
dance. We can help you select music and teach you your
first dance for your Wedding. Group dance instruction
is a great ice breaker at meetings and parties. For over three years, as Kalamazoom,
we held a weekly community dance where we taught all types
of dance. |

- Will you personally be the DJ for our event?
- Do you DJ full-time? What do you do the rest of the week?
- What kind of experience, background and education do you have?
- How long have you been a disc jockey, and at how many events have you performed?
- Do you have references? Are you recommended by banquet managers & venues?
- Have you handled events of my type and size before?
- What are the reasons you think we should hire you?
- Do you also Emcee the event?
- How many consultations do you provide in your package prices?
- Do you provide an event planner?
- Do meet with me in advance to go over the event planner?
- Do you carry liability insurance?
- What time do you arrive to setup your equipment?
- How do you dress for an event?
- How many songs do you have in your library?
- What if we want to hear music that is not in your library?
- What' the format of your music? (i.e. MP3's, CDs, etc.)
- How do I listen to your music? Do you have an easy way for me to make lists of the music that I like (and don't like)?
- Do you provide cocktail/ dinner music?
- Do you provide a wireless microphone for speeches?
- Do you bring backup equipment with you? How new is your equipment?
- Are basic effects lighting included?
- Do you offer lighting and sound upgrades?
- Is a deposit required? If so, how much? When is the deposit due? May I make partial payments? When is the final payment due?
- Is a gratuity included in the price?
- What is the overtime charge?
- Are there any additional charges not mentioned (i.e. travel)?
- Do you provide a written contract?
- What are the refund/cancellation terms?
